In Hicksville, Ohio, we found a wonderful building and a welcoming community. After months of construction, paperwork, preparation, paperwork, licensing and red tape (did we also mention paperwork?), we opened the doors at 106 E. High Street and introduced the world to Two Bandits Brewing Co. A few short years later, we found another home in Coldwater, Michigan, where we opened our second location.
Backed by an amazing team and our brewing equipment, we proudly serve up craft beers with unique flavor combinations alongside tasty pub food. It all takes place in an environment we like to call “polished casual. From the classic motorcycles to nods to the Navy, this place is a testament to the things we love. Thankfully, a lot of you love those things too.
Although our story is still writing itself, we can confidently sum it up in three words: craft, passion and quality. We hope you’ll visit and experience that for yourself.

The Brewmaster
Meet Bob, Hicksville native and Navy veteran. Bob is the mastermind behind the craft beers we brew here. His passion for great-tasting beer led him to start brewing in his garage from a kit. From there, he started building his own equipment and truly exploring the art of brewing. Today, he’s the brewmaster at Two Bandits Brewing Co., dreaming up flavor combinations, ensuring quality and patiently guiding our brewing team.
When he’s not in the brewing room, you’ll find Bob out front chatting with guests, recommending beers and making sure everyone is having a great time. When he’s not at Two Bandits, Bob loves spending time with his family, grilling and bicycling.
The Brains
Meet Mark. He’s one half of the passion and enthusiasm behind Two Bandits Brewing Co. Born in Hicksville and raised in Williams County, Mark has big love for northwest Ohio. He’s hands-on in nearly every aspect of the business, from helping source local ingredients to marketing this place.
If you stop by, you’re likely to find Mark in the front of the house. He’s well known for greeting guests and dropping knowledge about craft beer, wine and food. Outside of the brewery, Mark and his wife, An, fill their time with yoga, riding motorcycles and enjoying good wine.
The Hicksville Chef
Meet Kristina. She has over 20 years of experience in the kitchen and worked her way up in ours from saucier to sous chef to executive chef. Kristina believes that a clean kitchen and happy people result in great quality, and we couldn’t agree more. She has a passion for incorporating scratch-made items into the menu and stretching the perception of what pub grub can be. When she’s not busy flexing her culinary skills, you’re likely to find Kristina spending time with her two children or listening to music.
The Coldwater Chef
Meet Nick. He has over 20 years of training and experience in the food service industry and is a true leader, both in and out of the kitchen. Nick embodies our slogan “Craft. Passion. Quality.” not only in his kitchen, but in everything he does. When he’s not at work, you can find Nick out in nature or spending time with his wife and son.
Nick is a proud United States Marine Veteran, having served in the war in Afghanistan. We are grateful not only for his service to our country, but also his continued commitment to Two Bandits Brewing Co.
